Hey Jing is a modern, online community designed to connect the people who shape a child’s world—doctors, educators, caregivers, and families. We believe children thrive best when the adults around them are learning with and from each other.
Through interprofessional education, shared resources, and playful tools for families, we create space for connection, curiosity, and practical learning that fits into real life. We hope to bridge healthcare and education, home and school—so knowledge can flow across professions, cultures, and generations.

Meet the founder
Stephanie Tsang
Stephanie Tsang is an optometrist, educator, and mother who has spent her career working at the intersection of healthcare, education, and community. Through years of clinical practice, she has seen firsthand how children’s health, learning, and development are deeply connected—and how often the adults supporting them are working in parallel rather than together.
As a doctor, Jing witnessed the challenges of modern healthcare: limited time, fragmented systems, and families overwhelmed by information that isn’t always clearly accessible or culturally aligned. As a parent raising a young child, she experienced those same gaps from the other side—trying to make thoughtful decisions while balancing work, family, and everyday life.
These experiences inspired the creation of heyJing.care—a modern, digital village where doctors, educators, caregivers, and families can learn from one another. Grounded in evidence-based care and shaped by real-life parenting, heyJing.care bridges healthcare and education, supports bilingual and multigenerational families, and turns learning into something practical, approachable, and even fun.
